The people’s deputies will also vote for the draft law on simplification of registration of pharmaceuticals, RBC-Ukraine reports.
Today, on May 19, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider in the first reading the draft law №4542 “On Introduction of Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the exemption from pension taxation”, according to the agenda of parliamentary session.
The draft laws №4484 “On Introduction of Amendments to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Pharmaceuticals” (regarding state registration (reregistration) of pharmaceuticals)”, №4373 “On Implementation to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (regarding strengthening responsibility for driving transport vehicles under the influence of intoxicants and pharmaceuticals, lowering their attention and speed of response)” will also be considered in the first reading.
In addition, in the first reading the people’s deputies plan to vote for draft laws №3768 “On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on introduction of the system of automated seizure of funds in civil and business court proceeding” and №3769 “On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding introduction of writ proceedings in civil and business court proceeding” and №4543 «On Introduction of Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2016” (regarding special standards and volume of subvention for the provision of benefits and housing subsidies)».
The draft law №2763 “On Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Cancellation of Obligation of State Registration of Foreign Investments” will be considered in the second reading.
The Rada also plans to reconsider several laws, returned with proposals of the President of Ukraine. In particular, the law №3830-3 “On Introduction of Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2016” regarding financing of the vocational training” and №3831-2 “On Introduction of Amendments to the Budgetary Code of Ukraine regarding financing of the vocational training”.
